GENERAL
Prices are subject to change without notice. Written quotations expire 30 days from quote date. All quotes and orders are based upon print colors, garment style, garment sizes, color and quantity. Any variance from an original quote will effect the price.Changes made to an order after deposit is made will effect final price and order completion deadlines.Set-up fees may be required again if no reorders have occurred within nine months of the original invoice.
ARTWORK
All materials used and artwork created by Art Factory to produce an order are the sole property of Art Factory. Transfer of ownership documentation and native digital artwork will be provided at customer request. Customer is responsible for use of rights-protected source material (photos, logos, etc.) and claims of copyright and trademark ownership.
COLOR AND PROOFING
If no printed color-match reference is provided customer artwork must contain colors expressed in Pantone Solid Coated values. If this is not the case then the customer unconditionally agrees that Art Factory will determine the colors used for printing. Any questions regarding colors used should be addressed prior to production approval. Exact color matches will only be guaranteed on white substrates or underbased prints. Electronically-delivered RGB proofs and mock-ups are provided for final production approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to check design suitability, print size and print location.
ONLINE DESIGNER
Art Factory’s online Design Foundry produces mock-ups and final production artwork automatically. Any artwork modifications or additional mock-ups will incur additional costs. All sales from the Design Foundry are final upon checkout.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS
All orders are subject to a 2% spoilage allowance multiplied by the amount of imprints or 1 piece whichever is greater. Art Factory will not verify the correct count or quality of your merchandise unless requested in writing. We will not take responsibility for defects of customer-supplied merchandise. At no time will our liability exceed the cost of imprinting. We will not take responsibility for any merchandise left here for over 30 days. If we receive the wrong merchandise and must return it for you a handling charge will apply.
