WHY DO YOU HAVE 12 PIECE MINIMUM?
The same reason you don't order one business card. The labor involved in the set-up alone would cost you nearly as much and produce the same ammount of waste as our small minimum. Plus we haven't found a dependable method of producing smaller runs that satisfies our quality standards.

WHY DON'T I SEE ANY "SET-UP" CHARGES?
We've found that most people consider set-up charges to be "hidden" or "added on" and much prefer to know what their cost per shirt would be. We work our set-up costs into your initial order to show more precisely what your cost is per piece. Anything else seems misleading in our opinion. Naturally all of your re-orders will cost less.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SHIRTS?
In short, yes -- but you'll probably get the same shirts cheaper through us because we get special pricing from distributors. If you don't see what you need in our catalog please give us a call. Customers are asked to accept a possible 5% spoilage rate (or 5 items for every 100) on customer-supplied items.

HOW CAN I GET MY ARTWORK TO YOU?
You can either come by with your artwork on paper, transparency, disk or jump drive.email it to us or use a web-based service such a YouSendIt for large or bulk file transfers. Details about suitable artwork can be found here.

WHY DOES WATER BASE INK PRINTING COST MORE?

WHAT' THE BEST AND FASTEST WAY TO GET A QUOTE FROM YOU?

WHAT IS "PRIVATE LABELING"?
"Private Labeling" is when manufacturer brand, care and size tags are replaced with printed or sewn tags of your own design. Please contact us for quotes on our private label packages.

WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD TURN-AROUND TIME?
Usually 7 days after reciept of deposit, final artwork approval and garments. Please let us know of any must-have deadlines at the time of your order.
