1. Download and open the .pdf design guide with Adobe Illustrator.
2. Turn layers on and off to get your optimum design area/garment combination.
3. Create a new artboard with the design area specifications and create your artwork!

Please don't forget to convert all type into outlines and save as Illustrator CS2

Create a mockup by copying and pasting your artwork back into the design guide!
